A man of high moral character Jalalatul Ilm Allama Sayyid Shah Habibullah Quadri Jilani known also as Allama Rashid Padshah (Rahamullahi Alayhi) appeared in the scene, in Hyderabad with a call to the people to return to the way of Allah and His prophet.
